Guys, when I said stick together, I meant it. 

This happened with the Allstar Weekend fandom, it actually happens a lot considering that they get bigger and bigger every day. There’s always fans that don’t want them to get bigger and then there’s the ones that do and they end up hating on each other. 

Fans don’t want them to get bigger because they still want them to be “their secret” and they don’t want any “fake” fans and any exposure that’ll lead to less intimate meet and greets and shows. That’s COMPLETELY normal. Please don’t hate on them for that, it’s just how they feel and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. They will still support the band no matter what.

There’s other fans who love the fact that they’re becoming more and more successful and that they’re getting exposed to newer fans. That’s great! Keep supporting the band and keep promoting and helping them out. No one hate on them for having their own opinion either.

I’ve just experienced this scenario one too many times and I’m not about to experience it again.

I just saw the X Factor audition and….wow. I am so proud, it’s difficult to explain in words. They’re just so talented and I know that they’ll prove Demi wrong. I know they can do it. I am so proud. HFILSKDFKLASFJL

This is what the boys want. This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity for them! Let’s not be selfish, all they need is our support and that’s what we should be focusing on. I don’t think they’ll just quit the instruments. They had to audition as a vocal group because of the show and Thomas and Braiden don’t normally do vocals, that’s why Demi criticized them. She didn’t know that. (Not that it didn’t bother me too lol)

Although, I hate to say this, but I’m kind of scared and kind of ehh. I know that this will make them happy, and that’s all I want! I just didn’t think that this was the direction (no pun intended) that they wanted to go. It bothers me as much as anyone that they’re being labeled like One Direction, but if they’re happy, I’m happy!

To the “new fan” issue, there’s nothing that we can do to stop that. There will ALWAYS be new fans. I was a new fan once and so were you! But I definitely know what you guys mean, because it’s kind of irking me too. The only thing we can really do is stick together. We’re a family and we always will be. We’ve been here since the beginning and that should mean a lot. We’re all fans and we’re all here for one thing: to support them.

This isn’t going to change them, so none of you have to worry about that. Trust me. Let’s just be happy for them (:
